MOQ varies depending on the complexity of customization:
Use existing container styles, custom scent and label only: 500 pieces.
Custom packaging: 500 pieces per design (higher quantity, lower unit price).
Use existing container styles, custom candle color: 1,000 pieces. For orders under 1,000 pieces, a color spray fee of $200 per color applies.
Custom container shapes: Ceramic – 2,000 pieces; Glass & metal – 30,000 pieces.
After final approval and deposit payment:
Material preparation: ~1 week
Production: 7–15 days
Total: 15–20 days
Add 3–5 more days for custom packaging. Final delivery time to be confirmed with our sales team.
Yes, samples are welcome. We provide free samples of candles and fragrance oils – you only pay for shipping. For samples of custom containers or packaging, additional fees will apply.
Yes. We use 100% soy wax as standard, and also offer other natural waxes such as coconut wax and beeswax. All fragrances are phthalate‑free, and wicks are 100% cotton – ensuring a clean, safe burn for your customers.
We have over 100 market‑tested scents available. We also fully support custom scents – free sampling until you are completely satisfied.
Yes, our professional design team can create custom packaging for you. If you already have your own design, we can also produce packaging according to your files.
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union. Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Yes, our candle products fully comply with US and EU market requirements. We hold certifications such as MSDS, GPSR, RoHS, and IFRA. We can also assist you in obtaining certifications under your own company name.
Yes. With extensive export experience and cooperation with professional freight forwarders, we help manage cross‑border shipping and provide necessary documentation to ensure full compliance with customs and import regulations of the destination country
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. Not only labels and packaging, but also container colors, styles, and fragrances can be fully customized to your brand needs.
We offer over 200 popular candle containers in glass, ceramic, and metal. You can also fully customize the container design and color based on your brand positioning.
Once full production begins, all materials and formulas are finalized, so no changes to process or formula can be made midway. We recommend thoroughly testing and confirming all details during sampling and trial production.
Yes, wooden wicks are available. However, based on years of production experience and feedback from major brands, a small number of wooden wicks may self-extinguish during burning. We recommend using them with caution.

Shipping time depends on the destination country and shipping method. We offer sea freight, rail freight, and air freight. Sea freight is the most common option: approximately 25–35 days to the USA, and 45–60 days to Europe. Actual transit time depends on the sailing schedule.
Yes, you can send us your own fragrance oil, and we will fill it into finished candles. Please note: we recommend allowing an extra 3% for potential loss during handling.
Yes, we have extensive experience working with US and European brands. However, due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose specific brand names. We can share general case studies of similar products for your reference.
Our maximum daily capacity for scented candles is 100,000 pieces. Whether you are a large retailer with bulk orders or a startup with small batches, we can ensure on-time delivery.
Yes, we can ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses as you direct, and we will assist with the necessary inbound documentation.
